The Flamingo & The Sword

Rhum JM white

T'orgeat

1 oz

Cherry Heering

1 oz

Lime

1 oz

Pilsener - Einbecker is the beer of choice here

4 oz

Shake all ingredients with the excetion of Pilsener
Strain into a collins glass and top with Pilsener.
Garnish with a cherry and lime wheel that have been skewered with a sword pick and a pink flamingo pick.

Asbach Uralt - Otherwise, a good Cognac will do

Lemon Juice

1 oz

Underberg

1 bottle

Shake all ingredients and strain into a coupe glass.

Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum

Green Chartreuse

¾ oz

Lime Juice

¾ oz

Absinthe

4 dashes

Shake all ingredients, strain into a grog mug over crushed ice

Garnish with a lime wheel and freshly grated nutmeg.

Shake everything EXCEPT Miller. Strain. Pour into a Mason jar with no ice and garnish with Orange pigtail.

Pineapple Juice

1 oz

Don's Mix (2 parts grapefruit juice : 1 part cinnamon bark syrup)

¾ oz

Lime Juice

Peychaud's Bitters

1 Dash

Pernod Absinthe

1 Dash

Shake. Pour over Kold Draft/Big Cubes and garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Simple Syrup (equal parts water – sugar)

Clement Creole Shrubb

½ oz

Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe

1/4 oz.

La Favorite Blanc Rhum

1 oz

Flor de Caña 7 year Rum

1 oz

Shake with three ice cubes & strain into double old fashioned glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Appleton Special Reserve

Fresh Lime Juice (heavy pour)

1 oz

Ferrand Dry Curaçao

Rhum JM VSOP

¼ oz

Combine ingredients over ice in a shaker and throw in the lime rind.

Shake and strain into a vessel over crushed ice. Garnish with fresh mint.
